3. Design Studio and User Content

  • You may upload text, graphics, logos, and other design assets while using the design studio.
  • You represent and warrant that you own, or have the legal right to use, all uploaded content.
  • If you use the built-in Web Search feature, you understand that search results may include copyrighted or trademarked material.
  • You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right, license, or permission to reproduce, modify, and purchase custom items containing images found through the Web Search tool.
  • KUKU'S APPAREL assumes no liability for intellectual property infringement claims arising from images you locate via Web Search and apply to custom orders.
  • By submitting content for production, you grant KUKU'S APPAREL a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, preview, and reproduce that content solely to provide the service and fulfill your orders.
  • We reserve the right to reject or remove content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or otherwise violates applicable law or these terms.

4. Intellectual Property

  • All platform elements, including branding, interface design, source code, and non-user generated assets, are owned by or licensed to KUKU'S APPAREL and are protected by intellectual property laws.
  • These terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you except for the limited right to use the service in accordance with these terms.

5. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
  • Prices, product details, and shipping fees may change without prior notice, but confirmed orders are billed at the price shown at checkout.
  • You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize charges for placed orders, including taxes and shipping where applicable.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or limit orders suspected to involve fraud, reselling abuse, or pricing errors.

  • Customized products are produced based on your submitted design and order specifications. You are responsible for reviewing design content, sizing, and placement before checkout.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to production load, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.
  • For return and refund handling, follow the policy communicated at the time of purchase or through our support channels.

7. Prohibited Use

  • You must not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malware, scrape protected data, or interfere with service availability.
  • You must not use the service to create or distribute unlawful, infringing, or abusive content.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
